BackXolutions was founded by David Backx based on a long experience in Product Management, but also Innovation, and Sales & Marketing.

For 15+ years, David was employed as Product Manager and Product Team Manager in international companies, primarily at (European) Headquarters level, including:

- Crown Handling Belgium

- Toyota Material Handling Europe

- Tennant Company EMEA

Between 2003 and 2017 , David delivered on the development, market introduction and product lifecycle management of more than 10 new industrial product lines in European and Global oriented projects of these multinational companies.

From 2018, David started as Innovation Consultant with Verhaert - Masters in Innovation, and continued his professional journey from 2020 onwards as self-employed Consultant specialised in in Product Management and Marketing.
